Brenner tumors (BTs), surface-epithelial stromal cell neoplasms, are benign, borderline, or malignant, as categorized by the World Health Organization. Our ten-year institutional pathology database review showed nine cases of benign BTs. Patients' average age at diagnosis was 58 years. The discovery of BTs was unplanned, occurring in 7 of 9 instances. In one-ninth of the reviewed cases, a multifocal and bilateral tumor was detected, exhibiting a size range of 0.2 centimeters to 7.5 centimeters.
